KTM is all set to launch the highly anticipated 390 Enduro R in India soon. The motorcycle has been teased by KTM India on its social media platforms, hinting at a launch around mid-April 2025. Bookings for the KTM 390 Enduro R have been open since December 2024, with a fully refundable token amount of Rs 1,999.
Key Features and Specifications
The KTM 390 Enduro R is designed to be a more off-road focused machine compared to the 390 Adventure. It features a minimalistic design with fewer body panels to reduce weight and cost. The bike rides on a 21-inch front and 18-inch rear wire-spoked wheels, shod with off-road tyres. It has a high seat height of 890mm and a ground clearance of 272mm, making it highly capable off-road.
Engine
The 390 Enduro R is powered by a 399cc, liquid-cooled, single-cylinder engine that produces 45PS and 39Nm of torque. This engine is mated to a six-speed gearbox with a slipper clutch. The engine is shared with the third-gen KTM 390 Duke, the new 390 Adventure, and Adventure X.
The bike features a trellis frame and fully adjustable WP Apex suspension with 230mm of wheel travel at both ends. Braking is handled by a 285mm front disc and a 240mm rear disc, with switchable dual-channel ABS.
The KTM 390 Enduro R comes with a 4.1-inch color TFT instrument cluster that supports Bluetooth connectivity. The cluster offers features such as turn-by-turn navigation, music controls, and app connectivity.
Pricing and Availability
The KTM 390 Enduro R is expected to be priced around Rs 3.30 lakh (ex-showroom). Deliveries are expected to begin shortly after the launch, which is anticipated to be around mid-April 2025.
